Up to £600 per day – Inside IR35

We are recruiting for an experienced Cost Estimator to support major construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects, with a focus on developing estimating capability and improving cost intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and assuring cost estimates for major infrastructure projects
• Developing and improving estimating systems, cost databases, resource libraries, productivity rates, and estimating methodologies
• Establishing benchmarking frameworks and using historical data, market intelligence, and supplier information to validate estimates
• Supporting tenders, cost control, risk assessments, project approvals, and investment decisions while working closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams
