We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost-management support across district heating and low-carbon infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, cost plans, cash-flow forecasts and commercial reporting, identifying cost variances and opportunities
• Support procurement activities, including evaluating quotations, negotiating subcontract orders and managing supplier agreements
• Administer NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts, managing variations, compensation events, valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities, maintain accurate project records and collaborate with design, engineering, site and commercial teams to support effective project delivery
